Area of production - The vineyard is situated on the hills (300 m) in the valley of river Arno. Tuscany south of Florence
Vinification - The harvest is in the middle of September and the grapes are vinified at controlled temperature (15°-16°), without added yeast. As in local tradition, the wine-making method provides a long maceration (15-16 days) on the skins, thus resulting in the intensity of colour and texture on the palate.
Tasting Notes - floral nose, the pronounced structure, good acid component, a body that draws almonds, toasted and flavours of baked.
